One credit is one assessed attempt — the opening question, up to two adaptive follow-ups, the recording, the scoring and the feedback. Follow-ups inside a station never cost extra. Repeating a station uses another credit; a technical failure gives it back. A five-station mock circuit uses five.

No. Every price is a single payment, and the passes last the whole application cycle.
Is the written work automated?
Drafted with structured assessment tools, then read, edited and approved by a tutor before it is sent. Nothing reaches you unreviewed. Interview practice feedback is the exception and says so on every attempt.
Will you write my statement?
No. Feedback comments on your own wording. Replacement prose is never supplied.
Do you guarantee an interview or an offer?
No, and nobody honestly can. University requirements are only stated where we hold a record with an official source and a verification date.
