Questions people actually ask

If your question is not here, ask it directly.

The free scorecard

How long does it take?
Three to five minutes. The questions branch, so you are only asked what is relevant at your stage. Your answers save as you go, and you can come back later using the link we email you.
Do I need to pay or enter card details?
No. There is no payment step, and no card details are collected anywhere in the assessment.
What do I actually get?
An overall readiness band, a score for each component weighted for your stage, your strongest area, the risk most worth addressing, three prioritised actions, and a timeline assessment. If a paid service is genuinely relevant, it is mentioned once.
Will it tell me my chances of getting in?
No, and it never will. Nothing here calculates or displays a probability of an interview or an offer. Those decisions are made by each university using criteria and a competitive field that no external service has visibility of.
Will it give me my four university choices?
Not in the free result. A defensible shortlist depends on verified entry requirements and selection methods for your specific profile, which is what the paid strategic audit and consultation are for.

The UCAS statement

What are the three questions?
  1. Why do you want to study this course or subject?
  2. How have your qualifications and studies helped you to prepare for this course or subject?
  3. What else have you done to prepare outside of education, and why are these experiences useful?

All three answers share one 4,000 character allowance, so how you divide it between them is a decision worth making deliberately.

Will you write or rewrite my statement?
No. Feedback identifies what is generic, unevidenced, repeated, unclear or over the character allowance, and asks you questions that help you write a better version yourself. No replacement wording is ever supplied. Beyond it being the wrong thing to do, a statement that is not yours will not survive an interview.
Do you need my statement text for the free scorecard?
No. Statement text is only collected inside a paid statement review, and only after you separately agree to it being stored.

The UCAT

What is in the UCAT?
Verbal Reasoning, Decision Making, Quantitative Reasoning and Situational Judgement. Cognitive scores total between 900 and 2700, and Situational Judgement is reported as Band 1 to Band 4.
Do you have a question bank?
No. Tutoring works from official practice materials rather than reproductions, and no copyrighted question is reproduced anywhere in this service.
Will tutoring improve my score?
No specific improvement is claimed, because a claim like that cannot be honestly made about an individual. Tutoring is structured around your weakest subtest and your pacing, which is where most improvement is available.

Paid services

Who writes the reports?
Structured assessment tools produce a draft from your answers and the deterministic eligibility checks. A tutor then reads it, edits every part that needs it, and explicitly approves it. Nothing is sent to you automatically or unreviewed.
How quickly do I get a written report?
The target turnaround is stated on each service page — usually 48 hours from the point everything needed has been supplied.
Do you guarantee an interview or an offer?
No. Any service that guarantees an admissions outcome is either misleading you or does not understand the process. What is guaranteed is the scope of work described on each service page.
Can I get a refund?
If work has not yet started, yes. Once a report has been researched and drafted, or a session has taken place, it has been delivered. Full terms.

Privacy and safety

What data do you collect?
Only what is needed: your first name, your email, an age band rather than a date of birth, and your assessment answers. No ethnicity, no diagnoses, no medical information, and no detailed account of personal circumstances.
I am under 18. Is that a problem?
No, and most applicants are. That is exactly why age bands are used instead of dates of birth, why sensitive information is not requested, and why marketing consent is separate, optional and never pre-ticked.
Is my data used to train AI models?
No. Submissions are never used to train any model. Where structured tools assist with drafting, only the minimum structured information needed is sent, and your name and email are not part of it.
Can I delete everything?
Yes, at any time, from your data page. You can download a full copy first.

Deadlines
